Who we are

We are a group of friends who understand the power of working together. Alone, our resources might be small, but by pooling our efforts, we can accomplish far more with less. This multiplier effect allows us to access opportunities that would be difficult or costly to pursue individually.

Starting in 2021, we have stayed true to our goals, even though we have refined our approaches. Applying wisdom and learning as we grow, being ambitious while avoiding the pitfalls that usually plague investment clubs. From an initial group of 4 individuals, we have been joined by like-minded people and currently number 26 members with over 50M in savings.

Mission

To improve the socio-economic welfare of members through collaborative efforts in savings and investments, while providing flexible and accessible credit services, ensuring the financial well-being of every member.

Objectives

  • To encourage the habit of saving and investing among members.
  • To provide members with easy access to credit.
  • To provide financial and material help to members in times of need.
  • To bring members together, fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation for professional networking.
  • To offer guidance and professional advice to members to improve their economic welfare.
  • To invest pooled funds, acquire and sell property and assets as a group.

Club Regulations

  1. SAVE monthly minimum of 20k. There is no penalty for not saving, but all club benefits are based on the points given for saving. 3 points for every 10k saved.
  2. DEPOSITS cannot be withdrawn unless on exiting the club.
  3. PROFITS are distributed at the end of the year, and members choose whether to re-invest or withdraw.
  4. LENDING rate is 2% per month on remaining balance. Points are used to clear interest on the loan after the 6th month.
  5. LIMIT for loans is 1.5X of member savings, minus unpaid loans.
  6. MAXIMUM loan duration is 2 years, depending on the size of the loan. Small amounts have to be cleared under a year.
  7. POINTS can be sold and shared to other members, except the initial 500 points given to new members.
  8. NEW members need guarantors for loans beyond their savings.
  9. MEETINGS of the club are twice a year. Members are required to attend at least one, physically or online.

Current Activities

Loans: Members can access quick loans based on their savings. Our priority is speed — funds are available in less than 24 hours whenever a member needs them.

Discounts: As a group, we leverage our collective buying power to negotiate exclusive discounts for members.

Partnerships: Are you a business owner? We believe in supporting each other — not just through capital but by buying from and promoting fellow members’ businesses.
